Bishop Jonathan R. Mitchell is a visionary, strategist, and respected community figure, whose influence stretches across generations. As lead pastor of Christ Culture DFW—a multi-faceted initiative designed to train and empower leaders for both ministry and marketplace effectiveness, he epitomizes what it means to lead with a passion for God and a heart for the people.  He serves with commitment, conviction, and compassion.  His unwavering dedication to biblical principal, authenticity, and PURE excellence are the cornerstones of his ministry, and are key contributors to his ongoing success.

Consecrated to the episcopacy in 2021, he has served in numerous episcopal roles, particularly in Protocol and as Adjutant General, gaining respect for his excellence in ceremonial leadership and administrative precision. Known as a gifted Gospel preacher, Bishop Mitchell brings a unique and organic anointing to both pulpit and platform. His passion for teaching and preaching has opened doors across the country since the age of 18. He is also frequently invited to speak in corporate and community arenas as a motivational speaker and thought leader.

In addition to ministry, Bishop Mitchell is an accomplished author, and talented psalmist and lyricist, with over 150 original songs, poems, and compositions. His love for music began at an early age and continues to be a vital part of his calling.

Beyond the pulpit, Bishop Mitchell serves his community through his work in the death care industry. As President and General Manager of J. R. Mitchell & Co., Professional Funeral Consultants, LLC, and has served thousands of families over a 24-year career. He has provided financial support for veterans, indigent families, and parents grieving the loss of a child, embodying the heart of a humanitarian and philanthropist.

Bishop Mitchell is also the visionary behind Alliance of Covenant Leaders Worldwide (ACLW), a cohort of pastors and leaders focused on organic relationships, spiritual accountability, and access to practical ministry resources. Bishop Mitchell's both secular and spiritual vocations are grounded in the principle and driven by the  central conviction of maximizing lives.

He has been happily married to his life and ministry partner, Pastor Lateiundria Mitchell.
